Important Updates

The milling contractor is scheduled to continue their efforts in the Ridgepoint Place Townhome area on Monday. The same parking protocol is in place. No cars may be parked inside the blue area (see map) from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and no cars can enter or exit from garages during those hours. No Drop Ins Please…

Yoga, an ancient tradition, modern solution…

Yoga is an ancient mind-body-spirit tradition that can offer practical perspectives and appropriate tools and techniques to help meet life’s challenges, as you are now. Yoga meets you where you are in the moment. You do not have to “be in shape”, “flexible” or “strong” in order to practice yoga. Yoga will start from where you are and then progress slowly, gradually and patiently toward your goals.
