The completed application must be submitted to the Management Office in the Clubhouse by the 19th of the month during business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Should the 19th fall on a weekend or holiday the application will be accepted the next business day.
The application will be reviewed at the Kentlands Historical Trust (KHT) meeting which takes place on the first Wednesday of the following month at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. Applicants are encouraged to attend should the KHT have questions.
