DWI Penalties In New Hampshire

Drunk driving arrests happen to people from all walks of life. Beyond the shock and the shame that you may feel, it is important to be informed as you face the challenge of defending your record and your future.

If you have been arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, your top priorities are to keep your driving privileges, stay out of jail, and prevent having a criminal record if possible. Even for first-time offenders, drunk driving consequences can be harsh - and they are even harsher for repeat offenders. Driver's license suspension, fines and jail sentences are all potential results of a DWI conviction.

Knowing what DWI penalties you may face can help give you the determination you need to fight your drunk driving charges.
